Charles De Gaul airport in Paris is horrific. You take a bus from the plane to the terminal, then take a bus from your terminal to the other terminal, then *they check your boarding pass* and you board another bus that takes you to stairs to board the plane. It'd be far more efficient to forgo the terminal entirely and have all the planes park in a big circle in a nearby parking lot.
