After Venice on the 25th we drove north through the alps, through the hills of Austria, and stayed two nights at a little hotel in the little town of Sauerlach just south of Munich. We took the immaculate public transit on the 26th into Munich, wandered until we couldn't move, and on the 27th were off to Frankfurt. Just off the freeway outside Frankfurt is a cool little village nestled in the forest, where we stopped to relax and soak up a bit more nature.
