Layla and I finished our summer 2004 trip up the Alcan highway,
carrying everything we own, by driving down the Tok cutoff
to my parent's house in Glennallen the afternoon of Friday,
June 11 2004.
We checked out the several-weeks-old 70-acre fire,
including the stump [0286] beneath which my miscarried
brother's remains were buried in the early 1980's.
